Lone Star Weimaraner Club
The Lone Star Weimaraner Club, Inc. is the FIRST Weimaraner Club organized in the State of Texas, organized in 1964. Originally known as the “North Texas Weimaraner Club”, the first informal meeting of our club was held on April 19, 1964 at Bachman Lake in Dallas and was attended by fifteen people interested in the Weimaraner breed. NTWC was officially formed later that year. In 1995 the club incorporated and changed the name to the Lone Star Weimaraner Club, Inc., representing our statewide presence.
